Responsibilities

As a Hub Traffic Manager you will be responsible for all related functions of the Telemundo stations traffic department handled by the Hub. This includes interaction with sales, news, finance, promotion, programming and the operations group.

Ensure quality control of sales support interface, and adherence to established Wide Orbit Traffic & WideOrbit Sales standards. Ensure integrity of order booking process.

Attend sales meetings and provide support to Sales Managers & Account Managers (Local and National) as needed

Maintain accurate program schedule & formatting for both primary & digital channels in WideOrbit

Ensure integrity of daily broadcast log & automation playlist for both primary & digital channels.

Broadcast log reconciliation

Work with corporate sales operation team on divisional initiatives and workflow

Coordinate functions for all employees in the HUB ensuring all tasks are completed by deadlines.

Manage HUB employees, including attendance and punctuality tracking, performance evaluations, etc.

Cover for absent employees as necessary.

Update procedures and workflows inside the department to ensure accuracy and efficiency while maintaining Sales Operation and Sales Management guidelines.

Available to remotely access applications, Take calls and answer emails after hours

Willing to do occasional travel inside the US.

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Broadcast Traffic and working experience in Broadcast Traffic systems (WideOrbit, OSI, etc)

Superior management capabilities and ability to coach, mentor and train a team.

Strong verbal & written communication skills
