This position plays a key role in facilitating the successful day to day operation of Content Distribution’s risk management program and processes. The role provides support to cross-functional teams, drives continuous process improvements, and partners with IT to implement / improve program tools. The role provides a great opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge of the cable industry from the distribution side of the business.
Working with the Sales teams to analyze performance against key contractual obligations and entitlements.
Generate key reports to facilitate quarterly reviews with senior management.
Ensure Sales teams meet program deliverables on time.
Develop recommendations and help implement process improvements.
Preparing ad-hoc analyses on key contract provisions and their impact to the organization.
Work cross functionally to coordinate calendars, meetings, working sessions, etc. across key stakeholders.
Maintain a comprehensive key owners/ contacts listing.
Assist with delivering ‘as-needed’ training and track participation (e.g. new hires, role changes, annual refreshers).
Develop strong cross-functional relationships; meet with NYC-based teams in person on a regular basis.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, project management, or related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Outstanding organizational and follow up skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; detail oriented.
Demonstrates initiative, takes ownership, is highly self-motivated, driven and curious.
Strong executive presence and communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
