  • Project management and Client liaison for Post Creative projects and business cases

  • Participate in Client pre production meetings to obtain scope of project and communicate to Creative resources pacing hours for project(s)

  • Work with and support Management to spec out financial impact and tie off with Finance before communication to Client

  • Oversee and assist project coordinator(s) in creating business cases and project scopes as needed

  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing elements for Post projects from conception to completion providing support, direction and updates to project coordinator(s) and Creative support roles within the Post Department

  • Create and maintain production calendar for all projects

  • Maintain Project Status Reports/Trackers

  • Plan staffing for projects with project coordinators, Post Management and coordinate with the Central Scheduling team to ensure all work performed is captured in our scheduling application.

  • Pull reports from our scheduling application to track project hours against budget

  • Communicate and work with Finance and Management regarding Client weekly and quarterly pacing

  • Assist when needed in the process of on boarding freelance Creative staff

  • Operational support for Post Production management team

  • Assess processes on a routine basis to develop workflow improvements to promote continued growth within the Post Production Department and Creative Team

  • Create and maintain SOPs for new workflows and/or changes.

  • Act as a lead contact for the specified Brand(s) regarding all Post Production workflows , implementation of new processes, workflow tools and creative campaign launches

  • Support the Manager of Post Creative Projects regarding Client Services support and initiatives to bring in new business to the Department

  • Collect and create monthly highlights for Creative Team , as well as bullets for Metrics purposes

  • Attend Client meetings with Management in EC as well as 30 Rockefeller Center


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in project management

  • At least 1 year of experience in post-production environment

  • Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple projects independently to meet deadlines

  • Perform effectively in a fast pace environment with frequent workload changes

  • Must be willing to work out of Englewood Cliffs, NJ
