Role Summary:

Universal Pictures is hiring a Branch Service Administrative Coordinator to work in the National Accounts Receivables Department. Supporting the Theatrical Distribution Department, the Branch Service Administrative Coordinator is responsible for Theatre Administration and other admin support.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for credit checks and preparing Sales Credit Determination reports.

  • Responsible for monthly new theatre and prospective theatre reports.

  • Enter and Maintain Theatre Master in Unistar.

  • Process and enter Pass and Premium Billings.

  • Review and enter Motion Seat BOR’s and Billings.

  • Prepare Refund paperwork and Sargoy Audit pulls

  • Enter BOR and Cash Vouchers as needed.

  • Support National Accounts Receivable Management Team.


Basic Qualifications:

  • College degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Proven strong analytical and research skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Must be able to cultivate strong internal and external relationshipsEligibility Requirements:
