Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Responsible with the administration and processing of DreamWorks Animation Television’s Talent Contracts & Payment Paperwork.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Initiating Independent Contractor agreements through to processing payments: long form talent agreements, production services agreements, and certificates of engagement. Negotiation of rates, fees, obtaining final tax documentation from 3rd parties and any reps.

  • Modifying talent details on all standard day player agreements and distributing to reps and/or 3rd parties for approval; interfacing with internal Production Attorneys on non-standard agreements including marketing / promo materials and parental agreements, amendments and addenda.

  • Completing and distributing all contract and talent paperwork to Talent Coordinators before record sessions.

  • Scanning and sending all paperwork post-record to Finance, Business Affairs/Legal, and SAG-AFTRA for processing.

  • Inputting contract data into customized database system.

  • On-boarding of new Domestic and International vendors and processing of invoices through the NBCUniversal system.

  • Drafting and confirming SAG-AFTRA cast lists for submission to DW’s SAG-AFTRA rep once complete.

  • Obtaining, preparing and submitting Taft Harley paperwork for any non-SAG talent.

  • Preparation of reports for Business Affairs/Legal.

  • Maintain filing of all talent paperwork.

  • Tracking any outstanding talent paperwork.

Desired Characteristics

  • Accounting experience preferred.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel reporting skills required.

  • Google Docs and Google Sheets experience essential.

  • There is a high volume of data entry into a customized program, so must be comfortable working with Google Docs.

  • Attention to detail is essential.

  • Must be able to multi-task and handle high volume in a deadline driven environment.

  • Strong communication and written skills required.

  • Must have the ability to work proactively and in a team environment.

  • Plus – knowledge with SAG-AFTRA rules.
