This Assistant will support Feature Animation Development Executives. Duties will include but are not limited to:
Phone coverage, calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, processing travel expenses, general office organization and other special projects as assigned
Preparing and distributing meeting materials
Note taking and transcribing meeting notes as needed
Interfacing with individuals at all levels of the company, from entry level to Executives, as well as a broad range of individuals outside the company
Outgoing, confident personality coupled with good judgment and discretion
2+ years work experience in a fast paced environment, Entertainment or Agency strongly experience preferred
Familiarity with major agencies, management companies
Familiarity with pptx and making decks/presentations
Strong writing skills
Ability to read scripts and provide useful short coverage and comments
Ability to research topics for project development
Must be able to work flexible hours
Must be proficient in Gmail, Google Calendar and Excel. Studio System and Photoshop a plus
Must be proactive and eager to learn and able to work independently
Familiarity with Studio System and other entertainment data sites a plus
