Role Summary:

Oversee day-to-day office administration and operations for various film groups on main campus and at Central for over 2,000 people.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with Facilities Team on space prep, space planning, future planning

  • Give information to assist in updating floor plans

  • Liaison with the Uni Film Group and Execs to help ensure policies and procedures are the same across the Film Group.

  • Oversee all moves for Film Group

  • Work with Corporate Communication team to efficiently communicate with all groups

  • Assist with Recruiting/HR for onboarding new hires, temps, contractors across DWA

  • Liaison for ergonomic assessments

  • Work with Maintenance on a facility plan to keep office space functional, clean and ready

  • Work station set up – computer, phones, chair, and necessary equipment

  • Strategize with contractors and project managers to design ever changing floor space

  • Work with security on multi-tenant campus procedures

  • Partner with Emergency Services on drills and overall safety

  • Work with various departments to manage ongoing relationships for all leased equipment with facility vendors

  • Provide overviews of policies, procedures and amenities

  • Update and distribute monthly Temp/Consultant list


Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Facility operations in fast paced, complex environments.

  • Experience in the management of space planning, leading change to ensure maximum efficiency with minimum disruption to the business. Must have the ability to read and understand floor plans and drawings

  • Able to provide excellent customer service while also able to diplomatically push back with alternate approaches or solutions.

  • Hands-on and tactical experience with the ability to implement and execute accordingly.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Proactive, highly organized and results-oriented, with the ability to lead and participate in multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Process design & improvement experience.

  • Experience with budgetary formulation and management.Eligibility Requirements:
