Responsibilities

As a Digital Assistant, you will manage all aspects of client campaign execution: from planning, strategy, launch, updates, optimizations and program renewal recommendations.

PLAN AND LAUNCH DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS:

  • Assume ownership of all aspects of multi-platform campaigns (website, app, VOD) and shepherd them from inception to completion

  • Thoroughly review and approve insertion orders through order management system & effectively communicate any discrepancies with sales team

  • Ensure all digital processes are followed prior to booking a digital campaign

  • Manage inventory and creative requests with New York and sales teamMANAGE DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS:

  • Monitor all custom elements of live campaigns, and develop optimization recommendations to maximize performance and ensure delivery

  • Proactively drive and implement solutions related to campaign issues affecting delivery, tagging, tracking, and reporting through access to third party reporting

  • Work in multiple systems including: DFP, Salesforce, Operative, Free Wheel and moreBE A SOLUTIONS-ORIENTED TEAM PLAYER:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing, ad ops, research, and members of the sales team

  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure all appropriate teams adhere to deadlines

  • Assist with marketing team on multi-platform initiatives and projectsBE RESOURCEFUL & PROACTIVE:

  • Develop and evolve project tracking tools, methodologies and process improvement opportunities

  • Support Sales in up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, take initiative to obtain additional business insights to support recommendation.

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum of 1 year working with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPointEligibility Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work at the station in West Hartford, CT

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program

Desired Characteristics

  • 2 years in sales support role, ideally in media

  • Self-starter with a love for project management, data (and Excel), and attention to detail

  • Highly organized with strong planning, execution and time management skills

  • Solutions-oriented with an ability to diplomatically collaborate with internals teams to trouble-shoot and course correct

  • Familiarity with the digital audience tools such as Omniture or Google Analytics

  • Passionate about the television and digital media space and executing best-in-class, innovative client solutions
