Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for TV franchises, supporting the EMEA VP of Franchise & Marketing to deliver tailored Franchise Plans that will drive the EMEA Consumer Products Business. Liaise with Global Franchise and Marketing counterparts for input into seasonal early planning lifecycles. Ensure strategies and tools are in place for local teams to activate and support 365 day business across NBCUniversal’s TV properties.

• Input into the Global Franchise Planning Process ensuring integration of EMEA needs

• For designated Franchises, create EMEA relevant Franchise Plans that drive consumer engagement and product sales

• Build compelling Franchise campaigns with focused activation plans

• In conjunction with G6 (UK, France, GSA, Italy, Iberia & Benelux) CPG GM’s, tailor EMEA specific Franchise Plans to become locally relevant

• Input to and analysis of key Franchise research projects, resulting in actionable strategies and selling points for regional and local activation

• Support Brand Development Partners where appropriate with Presentations and Cross Company opportunities

• Build and maintain EMEA Franchise decks, always communicating the most relevant and up to date Franchise information

• Present the franchise plans at key industry and company events as required

Qualifications/Requirements

Skills and Experience

• Strategic thinker able to communicate a compelling vision for the business

• Creative thinker with the ability to concept compelling brand marketing initiatives

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proven track record in building strategic brand plans

• Experience in international licensing and product merchandising within the region preferred

• Experience in Strategic planning and Marketing in the Entertainment industry preferred

• Background in building brands across various channels of distribution

• Proven track record delivering growth and solid analytical/financial skills

• Self-motivated professional with ability to work independently and take charge

• Strong people person able to influence others

• Ability to customize / create sales presentations and other materials as needed

• Ability to think strategically about the changing marketplace & consumer shopping patterns

• Well versed in dealing with senior leadership, outside 3rd parties, talent and international contacts
