•This position will report to the VP, International Real Estate, Workplace & Facilities Management (FM) and responsible for supporting the Real Estate team in all real estate functions related to the management, acquisition, disposition or modification of leased or owned properties across international.
•The portfolio consists of multiple business divisions across >50 locations for our filmed entertainment and TV networks & production lines of business.
•The role can be summarised across three key areas:
o Project Support
o Real Estate Coordination
o Organisational Planning & reporting
•Coordinate project and real estate activities.
•Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot, and provide information regarding status on all projects.
•Coordinate project monitoring and communications.
•Track project costs to ensure compliance
Real Estate Transaction Coordination
•Prepare and deliver business case documents to support new site requests including research and collation of information to create professional Powerpoint template business case documents.
•Function as a liaison (“flight control”) among real estate team staying across all movements and activities within the team
•Manage administrative tasks and perform efficiently under deadlines.
•Create, follow and track a timeline of important dates of transactions/lease renewals etc, maintain physical and online files and provide a consistent, quality controlled system to ensure the smooth and successful running of team.
•Review contract terms to ensure all necessary information is entered in the system.
•Ensure all documents are fully and correctly complete and executed.
•Prepare correspondence, such as memos, letters, emails, documentation, and presentations.
Organisational Planning and Reporting
•Create and manage tools to ensure communicating and reporting pertinent information as necessary.
•Forecasting – create budgets, pro-formas, and economic analysis for projects. Monitor cost and performance projections.
•Perform and document market research and maintain an active knowledge of market trends, rates, and competitive projects.
•Ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the organization’s proprietary data; perform analysis for reports and presentations.
•Evaluate processes, collect, organise, analyse, and interpret data across projects.
•Prepare reports related to real estate activities.
•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
•Proven work experience to develop the necessary communication, quantitative, and financial skills needed for the position.

•Previous experience of fostering relationships with peers in operating functions and other matrix operational teams
•Intermediate to advanced skill level in the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Powerpoint
