The Ad Sales Finance Analyst for Entertainment Digital will oversee core ad sales finance processes for the Entertainment Group’s digital media properties (NBC, USA, Syfy, Bravo, Oxygen, Access Hollywood, Esquire, E!, Fandango) and will have significant exposure to revenue-related finance/pricing for this growing and dynamic business.

• Provide ongoing support to Director, Ad Sales Finance in fundamental reporting and analysis

• Ownership of Sales reporting and metrics analysis (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)

• Support revenue forecasting process (Budget, Long Range Plan, Estimates)

• Assist in quarterly financial close

• Research drivers of key variances and trends

• Improve depth of existing reporting to provide better analytical tools for both Finance and Sales teams

• Execute ad hoc historical advertising spending reporting requests

• Gain in-depth knowledge of all Sales & Finance systems used for reporting (SAP, Operative, Salesforce, Business Intelligence, etc.)

• Work with Sales team to ensure that sales data is financially accurate

• Develop expertise in internet ad market trends, growth, and competition

• Work cross-functionally on ad hoc, Sales related project work

• BA/BS 4-year degree in business, accounting or finance

• 1+ years of finance experience

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with accuracy

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
