NBCUniversal is seeking a Coordinator in the Strategic Insights & Analytics team.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

The Coordinator will provide support to a high-performing research team in two ways: through project coordination activities (estimated 70% of time) and through administrative support (estimated 30% of the time).

Project coordination responsibilities (70%):

• Support creating/editing presentations and assisting in the development of reports

• Regularly maintain project trackers documenting progress and necessary next steps

• Synthesize output from multiple teams into a single view of the progress of initiatives

• Work with finance and sourcing to generate contracts, set up vendors in the payment portal, process invoices for research projects

• Collaborate with members of the research team to advance their projects: organize the agendas for status meetings, conduct QA on programmed surveys, and check data tabs/deliverables from vendors for accuracy

• Maintain project archives and documentation of the team’s work in shared drives

• Create and manage documents for internal distribution/communication

Administrative support responsibilities (30%):

• Book travel arrangements

• Process and track expense reimbursements

• Overall management of busy calendars

• Coordinate and schedule meetings

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience

• 1+ years of experience (including internships) at an agency, media company, sales organization or similar organization
