• Office Management duties include maintaining upkeep of Office & Kitchens: tracking inventory, ordering and stocking supplies and maintaining staff/crew contact lists.
• Act as assistant for Supervising Producer- schedule meetings, maintain calendar, answer phones.
• Facilities and Operations contact for heat/air, phone and computer issues
• Work with Line Producer/ Unit Manager in maximizing the efforts of the Shows interns in order to fulfill show needs
• General Staff Support
• Prepare expense reports for Production Team
• Other ad-hoc duties as outlined by Manager
*Minimum 6 months TV experience with a variety entertainment show (including internships).
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the internet.
*Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook a must.

*Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
*Must be 18 years or older.
*Must be willing to work overtime, nights, holidays, and weekends, often with short notice.
*1 to 2 years TV Production experience (including internships) preferred.
*Strong interpersonal skills and previous experience booking guests for television.
*Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
*Ability to follow direction and work independently when necessary.
*Superior organizational skills.
