  • Assist in Developing Internal (ADU) & External (Selling) Rate Cards

  • Maintain & Update Changes to Rate Cards in On-Air System

  • Create ,Maintain & Update weekly Excel ADU Shell for Rating Projection & Schedule Changes

  • Manage, Track, & Support ADU Shell Stewardship Deal By Deal

  • Work closely with Inventory Manager & Directors of

  • Planning to Develop Strategy for Marketplace ADU Placement

  • Work with Ad Sales & Program Research in Analyzing Actual & Forecasted Rating Trends & Impact to

  • Guaranteed Booked Sales

  • Allocates ADU Allocation as Required to Maximize Inventory Yield Based on Sellout, Demo Skew, & Frequency.

  • Consider Cross Network ADU’s & Non Traditional Inventory as alternative efficiencies

  • Work closely with ASR’s to ensure ADU Package Have Been Booked Properly & Timely in the On-Air System

  • Provide Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly ADU Net Position via On-Air Stewardship Tool to the Ad Sales Teams

  • Provide Quarterly Budget Reviews & Quarterly Closing ADU Net Position to the Finance Team

  • Provide Cross Net ADU Value Impact

  • Provide Ad-hoc Makegood Inventory Value Analytics

  • Support Planning, ASR’s, Inventory Teams, As Needed


  • Strong Attention to Details, Demonstrated Analytical Modeling & Media Math Knowledge

  • Excellent Time Management Skills , Problem Solving Skills, Ability to Multi-Task, Creative

  • Manage High Work Volume & Meet All Established Guidelines

  • Strong People Skills & Ability to Partner Effectively

  • Broadcast Network & Cable Ad Sales Planner / ASR or Ad Sales Finance Experience

  • Knowledge of On-Air, Nielsen , MSA, Digital, TAD

  • Proficiency Using Microsoft Excel & Power Point

  • Bachelor's Degree
