Producer/Editor needed immediately for NBC Owned Television Stations, New York Live Show. Responsibilities include producing multiple segments per days:
Produce, shoot, and edit segments for daily live show.
Research and book segments relating to show
Manage and produce in studio live segments
Help to build and maintain relationships with various New York establishments featured on New York Live
Edit content for both the web and out of home platforms
Help coordinate shooting calendar
Pitch show ideas during daily meeting
Candidate should have at least 3+ years’ experience shooting and editing content for live productions.
Must have worked and produced for a live show.
Must be proficient on Final Cut and/or Adobe Premiere
Must be able to work in a fast paced, dead-line driven environment.
In studio producing is a major plus.
Heavy Interest should include lifestyle programming.
Must work well in a team environment and be able to collaborate with fellow team members.Eligibility Requirements

Must be willing to work in New York City area
Must be at least 18 year of age
Must have the ability to work any of a 24 x 7 shift

Bachelor’s degree in television, communications, journalism or liberal arts field preferred
A strong knowledge of area’s arts, cultural, pop culture and lifestyle offering
Strong interpersonal skills
Must be detailed-oriented
Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
