Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day duties of the Product Implementation Business Analysts. Conduct regular audits and reviews of product builds and end-to-end testing to ensure products/promotions are complete and accurate prior to implementation. Address product configuration issues in a timely manner, partnering with IT when needed.
Manage the daily activities of the Product Implementation Business Analysts ensuring they have direction in priorities, project work, and ongoing issues. Coordinate regular training and development programs.
Conduct full product audits for all new products and promotional offers. Analyze builds directly from the ticketing systems, auditing all applicable database tables to ensure proper product categorization, revenue recognition, access rights and pricing. Review ticket sets, Print at Home templates, and menu placement from a guest and operational perspective.
Manage product and promotional implementations, driving programs to launch on time. Manage product communication/coordination between Universal Parks Technology, Finance, Operations, and Marketing as required. Ensure product launches are coordinated and confirm program details are shared across all divisions.
Manage reported configuration issues. Ensure incidents are assigned and addressed in a timely manner. Monitor progress and escalate as needed.
SCOPE: Management of standard policies and procedures within a major function and coordinates work processes across divisions. Decision making required. Influences decision of moderate nature requiring high degree of tact. May be required to work remotely and be available off hours for completion of tasks, special projects and emergency situations.
Prior supervisory experience
Ability to interpret documented ticket program approvals and evaluate possible implementations, factoring in abstract and concrete variables. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Software knowledge: Galaxy, WebSphere, MDM CE

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in Business, MIS or related field. Master's degree in MBA preferred.
5-7 years of experience with ticketing computer systems and extracting data using technology like SQL with 1-3 Years Park Operations experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-2 years of experience managing and developing employees
Experience with Galaxy, WebSphere, and/or MDM CE.
Advanced PC skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Relational databases, and SQL.
Experience with relational database and operating systems preferred.
Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products.
