SUMMARY: The CRM Intern will help facilitate the many CRM initiatives developed throughout their internship. CRM initiatives include Email, Direct Mail, Lead Generation and Segmentation Strategies to increase guest engagement and converstion.


  • Develop the CRM marketing content calendar

  • Coordinate creative development

  • Work with external translation company

  • Maintain project timelines, CRM content calendar and Look Book

  • Manage CRM Look Book of all Programs

  • Collaborate with internal partners

  • Assist in updating CRM dashboard

  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Applies service recovery, as warranted.



To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:

  • In pursuit of a Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution

  • Current class standing of Junior or above

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above (official transcripts available upon request)

  • Consistent attendance is a job requirement

  • Approximate dates of this internship are from late August 2017 – early December 2017

  • Availability requirement typically includes 24-40 hours per week; Monday through Friday (may include weekends)

  • Preferred majors include: Marketing, Advertising, General Business/Business Administration, Communications


  • Proficient in Spanish (strong written/oral communication skills in English and Spanish)

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Highly detailed and organized

  • Must be efficient in Microsoft Office Programs including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
