SUMMARY:Supports the Performance Management process and the uPerform system. This person will assess, trouble shoot, and resolve end user issues with the uPerform system for the performance management life cycle. Provides exemplary guest service by assisting and satisfying guest's and internal client's needs. In this role, interns will learn practical applications of OD/I/O interventions in a large scale corporation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to user questions and concerns regarding performance process and uPerform system via phone, email, and instant message
Trouble shooting end user issues with uPerform system
Archiving and disseminating regularly scheduled reports from uPerform system
Data entry and basic manipulation of files in Microsoft Office products associated with uPerform administration and other HR/OD processes requiring presentations of data/information (e.g., HRP/succession planning, TSAT, assessments, etc.)
Conducts basic/intermediate data analysis for other OD functions such as ad hoc surveys, team effectiveness sessions, focus groups and interviews, process training/education sessions, etc.
Supports 6 OD Team Members in providing responses to clients on major process questions, including utilizing online systems for producing reports, researching questions and referencing data
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policy, procedures, training and Team Member involvement activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

In pursuit of a Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution
Current class standing of Senior or above
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above (official transcripts available upon request)
Consistent attendance is a job requirement
Approximate dates of this internship are from October 2017 – late February 2018
Availability requirement typically includes 24-40 hours per week; Monday through Friday
Preferred majors include: I-O Psychology, Organizational Development, Market Research, Human Resources, Psychology, Business
Preferred coursework completed: Research Methods, Statistics, Organizational Behaviors, Organizational Development
Analytical and critical thinking combined with strong written communication and summarization skills
Strong guest service orientation
Superior written & verbal communication skills
Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Able to summarize/synthesize large amounts of qualitative information
Must be efficient in Microsoft Office Programs including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Access a plus
Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and organization
Exceptional attention to detail
Work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines
Ability to maintain confidential information
