JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for all areas of the Parking/Transportation Department. Provides guidance and support to staff as well as maintaining departmental policies and procedures.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervises the daily operation for Parking and Transportation which includes, but not limited to Toll Plaza, Parking Structures, Kennel Bus/Taxi/Guest Drop off loop, Wheelchair rental facility, Valet Operation, Resort Yacht Operation, Resort Bus Operation.

  • Ensures daily operating logs and employee records are accurately maintained. Responsible for team member scheduling, performance appraisals, team member incidents, payroll issues, attendance and general counseling’s. These items are then forwarded to the Assistant Manager and Manager.

  • Coaches and motivates team members to promote safe and efficient work areas while also exceeding guest expectations of courtesy and cleanliness.

  • Operates as a contact for Special Events, Fleet Maintenance, various equipment vendors, etc.

EDUCATION : High school degree or GED required. Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.

EXPERIENCE : 1-3 years of supervisory experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
