Responsibilities

Job Duties:

  • Develop retail/trade marketing strategy to achieve business objectives across all product categories

  • Own responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take-away

  • Leverage the Global Brand Positioning and solidify the company's properties through our licensees/retailers

  • Translate and execute marketing strategy into impactful programs that attract business from wholesalers, distributors and retailers

  • Develop trade communications - traditional and digital

  • Identify category plans including range and merchandise proposals

  • Plan & Budget production and implementation of all in store activities, including point of sales materials (distribution, assortment) and promotions

  • Analyze sales figures and forecasting future sales

  • Manage stock levels by retailer

  • Assure implementation of seasonal calendar among different channels during the whole year

  • Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understand forthcoming customer initiatives and monitor what local competitors are doing;

  • Provide feedback to management on new product launches or re-launch initiatives

  • Collect and disseminate Best Practice for profitable trade marketing activities

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of retail marketing/account management experience

  • 2 + years LatAm experience and understanding of the Consumer Products retail landscape

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail working in a fast paced environment

  • Fluent in Portuguese written and verbal, Spanish a plusAdditional Job Requirements
