Process and audit all purchasing card payments
Process and audit all petty cash envelopes
Follow up with staff regarding receipt discrepancies
Maintain and obtain approvals for pcard applications and staff petty cash floats
Analyze receipt submissions to ensure compliance with NBCUniversal policy and procedure
Complete and submit vendor requests to corporate accounting for vendor setup
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the internet
Expertise in Excel
At least one year accounting experience

Prior experience using VISTA accounting software
Prior experience in production accounting
Prior experience in a production role
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
