Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • The Accommodations Coordinator will support the Game Services team in the organization and administration of people and logistics within several hotel and apartment properties.

  • Maintain accurate assignment and lists in the NBC sports management system.

  • Provide updates and rooming lists to each property and serve as a liaison between the NBC Accommodations team and the hotels.

  • The position will serve as support for NBC employees when issues arise at their accommodation site.

  • This role is a temporary role that begins in September 2017 and ends March 1, 2018.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must be willing to re-locate to Pyeongchang/Gangneung area for a pre-determined amount of time.

  • Candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.

  • Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills,

  • Candidate must have strong organizational skills.

Desired Characteristics

  • Previous hotel or accommodation experience preferred.

  • Korean language skills a plus.
