PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated duration of up to 12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

Role Purpose

NBC Sports seeks a self-driven Coordinator to work with our Strategy team helping to manage linear/digital inventory as well as paid media campaigns.


  • Schedule Promotional Drop Ins (Green Sheets) in Live Events across NBC & NBCSN

  • Request additional in-show elements including Snipes, Banners, Full Screens, etc.

  • Audit Live Events to log in-show promotional elements for reporting purposes

  • Enter promo data in ProM and Sintec repository including ISCI and flighting info for each spot

  • Enter all request fields including ISCI in graphics tool for menu style promos

  • Help to manage Digital Banner requesting for both on and off air campaigns

  • Assist with trafficking to Regional Sports Networks, Golf Channel, other NBCU nets, as well as off-air media buys

  • Work with the content and content services teams to ensure deliverables and timelines are met

  • Schedule/update the On-Air promo logs, make revisions as needed based on creative, program date/time changes, etc.

  • Assist with post run reporting as needed

  • Additional responsibilities, special projects and tasks assigned as needed


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldAdditional Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Detail oriented and display strong organizational skills while managing multiple tasks

  • Work well in a team, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environmentEligibility Requirements
