As a Facilities Scheduling Supervisor, you will be responsible for the scheduling of technical facilities in the NBC Sports television broadcast facility.
Schedule technical facilities such as television Control Rooms, Studios, Edit Rooms, logging stations, Direct TV boxes, server ingest channels, MATV channels, and more.
Support other users of the scheduling software in all departments.
Liaison with all departments to facilitate their scheduling needs.
Coordinate and streamline scheduling efforts across different departments.
Actively procure schedules and related information.
Ongoing and timely dissemination of schedules.
Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Television Studies, or Communications or related field and/or relevant work experience.2+ years related Television experience, 2+ years related Scheduling experience, 2+ years supervisory experience.
Previous experience with ScheduALL is preferential.
Must be computer savvy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Eligibility Requirements
