Responsibilities

JOB OVERVIEW

As a member of the Universal Pictures ANZ Consumer Products team, reporting to the Country Director, ANZ Brand Development and supporting the ANZ team, the role is responsible for the following:

• Assisting with the quarterly forecasting process, including data entry of licensee forecasts

• Assisting with the administration requirements when establishing a new licensee contract

• Assisting with the administration requirements required for asset management and trade marketing approvals

• Creating and setting up new vendor accounts, raising purchase orders (using SAP) and coding invoices for payment, following through as required to ensure timely payment

• Drive regular communication flow within Universal internal departments (Studios, Home Entertainment, TV) and externally with our agents (WP Brands and Fusion Agency)

• Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and tracking documents liaising internally and externally where required

• Assisting with planning and arranging meetings, trade fairs, partner days

• Ad hoc projects and tasks as required

• Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements for the department

• Keeping Log and tracking expenses

• Facilities duties, arranging couriers & post as needed

• Providing general office administration, order stationery, supplies and equipment for department as needed

• Distributing licensee lists, brand presentations and other sales materials where required

• Assisting ANZ consumer products team by creating research documents and undertaking competitor analysis

• Assist in the preparation of targeted pitch presentations for potential licensees, partners and retailers

Qualifications/Requirements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Excellent administration skills coupled with the ability to balance and prioritize work coming in across the team

• Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Proactive and solution focused with high attention to detail

• Demonstrable ability to research and source ad hoc information independently

• Strong PC skills with Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
