Reporting to the Director, Category Management/Sales Planning, the Sale Planning Coordinator (Temporary) will support and help develop the world-class sales planning, forecasting and reporting for all of the Studio partners that Universal Home Entertainment distributes for in Canada.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter with strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills who can ensure data integrity. This person will be the main point of contact for all studio partners, and as such, must be detail oriented and focused on hitting deadlines. A strong knowledge of excel is a must.



 Weekly reporting - forecast/actual/POS

 Monthly/quarterly reporting by partner studios

 One off reporting, as requested by partner studios

 Assisting with Amazon/Anderson data feed/item creation

 Box office weekly reporting


 Price protection, TPR, rebate requests for approval

 Street date changes and communication

 Ensuring titles are set up correctly in SAP


 Providing feedback on promotional/seasonal catalog opportunities

 Gaining approval and communicating titles that need to be Regie rated

 Monthly NR meetings – communicating priorities to Sales Team

 Sales Planner slides for specific partners


Superior time management to hit deadlines

Strong working knowledge of excel is a must

Excellent communication skills

Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word

Self-motivated and energetic personality


Well-developed analytical skills

Solid track record of results-oriented leadership
