Responsibilities

Role Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and personal support to the VP of Development & Production for Universal Pictures

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and personal support as needed, answering emails, covering phones, and tracking & organizing material submissions.

  • Maintain and prioritize meeting requests for a moderately heavy calendar.

  • Interact with production personnel, outside production companies & filmmakers

  • Arrange travel and all accommodations including comprehensive and detailed itineraries

  • Manage the distribution of office correspondence and incoming calls

  • Process expense reports and manage special projects as designated. Specifically dealing with administrative and coordination issues

  • Provide general support for other administrative duties, and execute professional and personal needs as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in an administrative capacity within entertainment

  • Minimum 1 year of demonstrated successful organizational skills and ability to prioritize in an Assistant role

  • Minimum 1 year experience and demonstrated ability in Microsoft Word, Outlook and ExcelEligibility Requirements:
