Role Summary:

Assistant to SVP of Integrated Marketing and Integrated Marketing team.

The Administrative Assistant’s primary role is to assist Integrated Marketing SVP and team in their day to day operational needs supporting the Universal Pictures Theatrical Marketing organization . Candidate must be detail oriented, organized, enthusiastic, and able to work well with others.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering phones and managing messages

  • Schedule and Coordinate Meetings

  • Obtaining studio lot drive-on passes

  • Reserving conference rooms

  • Assisting in the set up of meeting rooms, including technical/computer hardware

  • Managing conference call lines

  • Inviting appropriate parties

  • Organizing lunch details

  • Filing and organizing documents, including Offsite records

  • Creation, maintenance, and distribution of documents to Network Partners and other Marketing Departments

  • Manage travel and expenses

  • Maintain media promotions library: compile wrap-up reels of the promotional campaign for each theatrical title

  • Assist with campaign monitoring and spot checking

  • Facilitate on the lot screening of films/footage for network partners

  • Research and analyze media and promotional campaigns of other studios/networks

  • Work with in-house production team to secure A/V assets via wiredrive and FTP


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Proficient in MicroSoft Word and Excel

  • Minimum 2 years relevant assistant experience.

  • Demonstrated successful organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize

  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities and personalities

  • Strong Written and Verbal communications skillsEligibility Requirements:

Desired Characteristics
