Responsibilities

Role Summary:

In this role, you will serve as the company’s contract administrator, as well as serve as the administrative assistant to the Executive Vice President, Business Affairs. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high degree of accuracy, professionalism, and close attention to detail.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Maintain option calendar

  • Obtain and give quotes

  • Process internal payment requests

  • Send out payments

  • Handle certain guild-related matters

  • Handle certain administrative matters pertaining to international distribution by third parties of previously released films

  • Administrative functions such as filing, answering phones, prepare expense reports, processing invoices, preparing correspondence, making copies and scheduling meetings

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Three or more years of administrative assistant experience

  • Proficiency in MS WordEligibility Requirements:

  • Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

  • Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program

Desired Characteristics

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Legal or business affairs experience preferred.

  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
