Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager, Sales Planning & Administration will be part of the NBC Global Television Distribution team and will be responsible for the management of product inventory as it relates to fulfilling the output agreements. The candidate will be responsible for providing a weekly report tracking the initial windowing cycle for new theatrical and DTV product and for maintaining relevant product information and global clearances in the contract management and inventory system.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a product inventory to support the weekly report tracking the initial cycle availability for new theatrical and DVD releases and acquisitions.

  • Provide product availability reports as needed for Sales and Management.

  • Keep organized and accessible files (electronic and hard copy).

  • Verify product rights to assist in forecasting.

  • Collaborate with the local Sales Administration teams to support forecasting projects for output deals.

  • Assist with ad hoc projects and other related duties as requested by management to support the Sales Planning and Administration functions.The responsibilities associated with this position are not limited to the above description and may be modified at any time by the Company.
