Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Analyze legal contracts and other documents to track all pertinent dates and deadlines across all NBC Universal platforms (Universal Television, Universal Cable Productions, Wilshire Studios, NBC, USA, Syfy, Bravo, Oxygen, E!, UTV Alternative, First Run Syndication, Late Night Division). Contracts to be reviewed include but not limited to term deals, script development, distribution agreements, license agreements, and all forms of production related functions - producers, writers, directors and performers.

  • High level and detailed data input in specialized databases requiring exceptional attention to detail.

  • Friendly, professional demeanor and team player. Able to communicate concisely and accurately with high level executives.

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in an administration capacity. Business affairs experience in entertainment matters preferred. Network experience a plus.

  • Bachelors degreeEligibility Requirements:

  • Willingness to work overtime with short notice and be flexible with hours (regular shift 9:30am-6:30pm).
