Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers, internal and external, as well as key personnel involved in or directly relevant to operational activities (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Master Data, Ops Planning, Production Planning, Order Management, and Distribution Partners).
Responsible for complete account ownership, including but not limited to, day-to-day tactical account management, anticipating issues and understanding internal counter part flow.
Attend meetings/training related to the business internally and externally, and provide executive summaries to management upon completion.
Govern Internal and External KPI’s & SLA’s.
Monitor industry standards, trends, or practices to identify developments in logistics planning or execution.
Support the analysis and provide statistical information on the tracking of product shipments, returns, and inventory.
Analyze logistics data, using data mining, data modeling, or cost benefit analysis.
Purchase Order/Sales Order Processing & General Administration.
Data Management for internal/external stakeholders.
Reporting: Creation, Audit and Maintenance utilizing; SAP, Microstrategy (HEDWAY), Excel and Access.
Project Management; assist team members with projects.
Provide weekly summary reports to Management on status of operational deliverables. Consult with managers to develop task lists and maintain a clear view of workload.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to bridge communication gaps
BA/BS Degree required
Minimum 3 years of related work experienceAdditional Job Requirements

Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint)
Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Entertainment Industry experience preferred, including Consumer Packaged Goods.
Ability to identify market trends in order to adapt internal decision making and identify opportunities to simplify ways of working across internal / external stakeholders.
Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
Time management and ability to meet compressed deadlines
Demonstrate understanding of operational and financial impacts on decisions
Detail orientated and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Ability to successfully interact with all management levels, both internal and external.
