Responsibilities

Role Purpose:

The Director, Labor Financial Analytics is responsible for providing strategic guidance on and detailed analysis of the business impact of collective bargaining proposals (including active participation in labor negotiations) and working closely with payroll, benefits and business finance teams to implement new labor agreements and to identify future proposals. This role also will lead the effort to respond to union benefit fund audit demands. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of collective bargaining contract requirements and audit experience as they relate to timely and accurate union (e.g., SAG-AFTRA, WGA, IATSE, NABET, IBEW, Teamsters, and DGA) payments, benefits, and residuals. Candidate will work closely with the Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits and Finance Departments.

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years relevant work experience in the entertainment, cable, radio, or TV industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.Eligibility Requirements:
