Responsibilities

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis is an integral member of the Universal finance team, responsible for providing financial support to the Brand Development FP&A Consolidation team. The primary focus will be on consolidations, reporting, planning, and analysis. The qualified candidate must be able to multi-task, balance priorities on competing initiatives and deliver on a timely and accurate manner with minimum supervision.

Job Duties:

  • Support the Director, FP&A in the budgeting, consolidations and financial reporting of the P&L & Free Cash Flow for the Budget, Forecast and Quarter end cycles

  • Manage the Headquarters’ P&L and maintain detailed COS and OPEX supporting schedules

  • Assist in the Quarter End process and reporting to the Studio HQ

  • Assist in the preparation of senior management presentations for the Budget, Forecast, Quarter End and Studio financial reviews cycles

  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies and simplification, and implement solutions for current Brand Development finance/operational processes improvements

  • Setup up and maintain Brand Development, LOB and Regional P&Ls

  • Support the Cost teams of the centralized functions by providing biweekly updates/reports on Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast

  • Lead the planning process of the Budget/Forecast cycles

  • Assist in providing targets and other analyses for the Budget and Forecast cycles

  • Lead/assist with special projects, ad hoc reporting and other duties as assigned

  • Assist in the preparation of the Studio HQ deliverables and be the FP&A liaison with the HQ teams

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field

  • Minimum 4 years experience in finance and/or accounting

  • Language skills a plus (Spanish / Portuguese)

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience with SAP preferred.

  • Ability to interact with all levels of management

  • General accounting knowledge preferredAdditional Job Requirements:
