Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:

Position will lead and oversee all aspects of consumer products reporting to third parties and manage licensee analysis, reconciliations, template setups, as well as internal/external inquiries for the third party reportings related to this growth-oriented segment of the business. In addition, employee will be a key leader in the development of the system interface and functionality in the rights/reporting systems to improve information flow and create efficiencies to the current process. Position will require a pro-active approach to problem solving and reporting as well as excellent research, communication and follow through skills. Position will also make key financial/interpretational decisions in the reporting of consumer products monies to third party talent and ensure compliance with our legal department and be responsible for on-time delivery of payment obligations. Other responsibilities:

  • Work with FCAR Management team on key metrics for CPG reporting

  • Resolve reconciliation issues with CPG finance

  • Manage cash pacing/forecasting

  • Assist with Special Projects and other release-to-market reportings (e.g. Theatrical, Home Video, Television) as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in participations, consumer products, accounting, or finance experience in the entertainment industry.

  • Managerial Experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

  • Solid knowledge of Excel and SAP, PARIS experience preferred.

  • Experience with interfacing with customers as well as internal stakeholdersEligibility Requirements:
