Responsibilities

The Senior Operations Financial Analyst will play a critical role within the Food finance team, handling multiple financial and accounting duties for the Citywalk Owned and Operated Food venues. This includes cash management, procurement and inventory reconciliations, accounts payable support and POS projects. This position will also perform various operational analytical duties that include labor optimization and product cost control. We are looking for a collaborative, driven, analytical and detail-oriented individual to work closely with operators in a cross functional and fast paced environment. A successful candidate will have excellent executional and strategic skillsets.

•Maintain and provide all necessary documentation to Controllership and the Vault related to daily transactions

•Reconcile and report to payroll employee tip wages

•Provide accounts payable & sourcing support by receiving inventory and processing invoices according to USH policy and procedures

•Manage food inventory including recipe development, yield testing and pricing

•Complete food and beverage yield testing to drive strategic initiatives for financial planning, pricing and menu rationalization

•Support operations & finance with various ad-hoc analytics and reporting on an as-needed basis

Qualifications/Requirements

•Bachelor's degree required (business/accounting/finance major preferred)

•Successful candidates will have 4+ years of progressive experience with finance and accounting

•Knowledge of relevant accounting principles including general ledger experience and GAAP

•Excellent analytical abilities are required, including advanced Excel, SAP, Comshare and/or Microstrategy

•Must be 18 years or older

Desired Characteristics

•Prior fast food/QSR, and financial experience a plus

•EATEC and Clarity point of sales systems knowledge a plus

•Requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and influence a wide spectrum of customers

•Solid verbal and written communication skills

•Must be a resourceful problem solver, with the ability to prioritize and create solutions to meet required objectives

•Demonstrate leadership values and ability to develop and participate in diverse/cross-functional teams

•Ability to maintain a big picture perspective as well as be detail-oriented
