Responsibilities

The Vice President, Global Finance & Planning – Universal Brand Development, works with the SVP Finance, Strategy & Business Development and VP’s, Finance on consolidation of Universal Brand Development’s lines of business and preparation of various financial reports for senior management. This position will lead a team to partner with Universal Brand Development businesses to deliver the short & long term financial goals and will report to the SVP Finance, Strategy & Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and/or review of consolidated financial statements and management reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis

  • Manage the Operating Cash Flow (OCF) and Free Cash Flow (FCF) planning teams responsible for overall financial reporting and analysis for the global businesses

  • Oversee all financial reporting related to quarter close and annual planning cycles (Budget and Long Range Plan), including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and ad hoc supporting schedules

  • Execute all planning, budgeting, and pacing cycles for cash flow and capital expenditures

  • Partner with SVP and VPs to offer strategic recommendations and support senior management in decision-making

  • Maintain overhead financials for Universal Brand Development central groups

  • Work in partnership with Commercial, Controllership and global territory Finance Directors to ensure reported financials and analyses are accurate and complete

  • Assist in managing the creation and upkeep of KPI / Dashboards for Territory Level performance reviews

  • Support the development of a strong Global FP&A platform by creating and driving consistent and streamlined processes across the Domestic & International groups

  • Partner with appropriate stakeholders to refine and implement an enhanced cross-functional systems roadmap

  • Efficiently manage and track overhead costs, headcount tracking and T&E

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years financial management experience couple with track record in partnering with business teams to drive results

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field.

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills with proven ability to present complex business problems to Senior Management

  • Demonstrated background and knowledge of senior-level corporate financial management within a large, matrixed, high-profile corporate environment

  • Track record of simplifying / modernizing Financial Reporting process and systems; including the ability to implement new systems and tools to drive growth

  • Experience managing and motivating teams

  • Significant experience of leading budgets and long range planning cycles across a full P&L and multiple product lines

  • Prior experience in a global role; familiarity with managing and consolidating domestic and international entitiesEligibility Requirements:
