• Bachelor's Degree required

o MBA preferred

• Minimum 6-8 years marketing experience with significant exposure to and/or responsibility for direct-to-consumer, performance marketing required (CPA-focused campaign management)

o Prior entertainment industry preferred

• Experience working in digital marketing with studio partners and/or entertainment clients preferred

• Able to gather objectives/KPIs and effectively build and deliver effective marketing programs

• Past experience interacting and strategizing with executive-level teams

• Proven ability to take ownership of projects and lead initiatives with high attention to detail

• Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality

• Must be available and willing to travel on occasion and work extended hours as needed (especially during crunch times!), including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
