Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent professional experience

Desired Characteristics

• 3+ years managing complex projects, influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization

• Proven ability to communicate with and influence a highly technical audience

• Prior experience in, or exposure to, broadcast connectivity / distribution / transmission / networking preferred

• Experience working successfully in a team environment

• Proven attention to detail and analytical approach to problem-solving and documentation

• Ability to perform well under pressure in in a dynamic, fast paced environment with minimal supervision

• Ability to skillfully manage multiple tasks and competing priorities at once

• Excellent written and oral communication skills and formal presentation abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with co-workers and clients

• Excellent organizational and project tracking skills
