Degree in Communications, Facilities Management, Construction or related field.
Desired 1-3 years facility management experience.
Desired 1-3 years of project management experience.
Construction project management experience is a plus.
Demonstrated analytical background.
Demonstrated ability to prepare and present ideas to clients
Interested candidates must submit a resume to be considered.
Willingness to work overtime, and on weekends with short notice.
Must be willing to work in New York.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects and problem solve.
Strong ability to abstract and interpret lease language.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization and management and ability to build external networks.
Self-starter; demonstrates initiative.
Ability to analyze and present results in Excel and/or PowerPoint as needed.
