Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5 plus years of experience working in a learning management/training roleEligibility Requirements

  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, including the ability to work independently on projects of high complexity with minimal supervision.

  • Experience building on-line and mobile-ready training through Articulate Storyline e-learning software.

  • Experience deploying training through an online LMS and interfacing with systems and technology teams.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning processes, instructional design techniques, and evaluation methodologies.

  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines within budget and with consistently high quality work product.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and changing environment.

  • Experience with the preparation of presentations, slide decks and training materials and delivering in-person training.

  • Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
