Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, including the ability to work independently on projects of high complexity with minimal supervision.
Experience building on-line and mobile-ready training through Articulate Storyline e-learning software.
Experience deploying training through an online LMS and interfacing with systems and technology teams.
Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning processes, instructional design techniques, and evaluation methodologies.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines within budget and with consistently high quality work product.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and changing environment.
Experience with the preparation of presentations, slide decks and training materials and delivering in-person training.
Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
