• 3+ years working in the digital media space

• Fundamental knowledge of online media metrics (Impressions, CPMs, CTRs) and programmatic landscape

• Experience working with ad tech vendors including such as Data Management Platforms, 3rd party data providers, Supply Side Platforms and Demand Side Platforms

• Comfortable navigating in self-service technology platforms

• Bachelor’s Degree

Desired Characteristics

Experience in any of the following areas is a plus:

• Working at or closely with Data Management Platforms (e.g. Adobe, Krux, Bluekai)

• Working at or closely with 3rd party data providers (e.g. Acxiom, Datalogix, Exelate, Quantcast)

Desired Characteristics:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and comfortable working on several initiatives at once

• Ability to communicate complex topics into easy-to-understand written and verbal communication

• Ability to work under tight deadlines

• Eager and interested in learning more about data targeted advertising
