●Culturally literate, technologically savvy, capable of creating timely work that is engaging and relevant
●Passionate producer who can put high level ideas into action and bring creative thinking to life
●Comfortable and experienced in shooting, editing, writing, directing and producing, and the ability to work as a member of a team or operate self-sufficiently
●First rate video editor with a strong sense of editorial style and rhythm and an ear for great music
●Versatile and nimble, someone who can flex and shift according to available resources and tight deadlines – and generate work quickly for multiple platforms
●Fluent in current social and mobile platforms and their content, with a passion for observing what others are doing well and keeping up with ‘what’s next’
●Driven and capable of autonomous action while balancing collaboration with both a small “project" team and a larger marketing and creative department
●In possession of a strong design sensibility, with the ability to collaborate and partner with designers
●Strategic thinker who takes initiative, speaks his/her mind and is interested in shaping team culture and workflow best practices
●Comfortable pitching ideas in writing and in person to peers, executives and clients
●Top notch planner with excellent organizational/production skills
●Proficiency with After Effects and Photoshop and other creative production tools a plus.
