• Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred

• 7+ years in media and/or advertising industries, preferably in advanced advertising

• 5+ years in product management

• 2+ years of experience with digital advertising technologies

• Strong knowledge of new/emerging ad technologies across TV or broadband sectors

• Prior experience in ad agency, ad sales or marketing department a plus

• Ability to meet with clients and agencies to explain complex technologies and processes

• Strong blend of creative and technology and knowledge skills

• Ability to lead without autonomy

• Analytical thinker who can take raw data sets and distill them into meaningful and ultimately actionable strategic recommendations

• Able to easily transition between high-level strategy and day-to-day implementation

• Self-directed, ability to multi-task, sharp analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

• Results oriented, high energy, self-motivated
