• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum 2 years of business analysis work experience, including business process or reporting analysis

• Ability to communicate with the business and IT

• In depth knowledge of Microstrategy

• Ability to quickly learn meta data and databases used

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Desired Characteristics

• Strong analytical problem solving skills; ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation

• Good listener and open to different points of view

• Ability to work in highly collaborative environment

• Understand technical capabilities specifically within reporting

• Understanding of media, advertising or sales systems is a plus

• Experience with Salesforce.com, specifically SFDC Reports, is a plus
