5+ years of finance or accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or business management
CPA or equivalent

8+ years of experience in a corporate finance environment, Benefits Finance experience a plus
Knowledge of benefit programs (Pension Plans, Healthcare Plans), Equity Compensation Plans and Insurance Programs (Property & Casualty, Workers Compensation)
Familiarity with non-staff employees (union/production casual) and differential with regular full-time employees and their related benefits arrangements
In-depth understanding of Budgeting, Forecasting principles and Accounting
High-energy with intellectual curiosity and excellent problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with management and diverse population
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP & Business Warehouse knowledge preferred.
