JOB SUMMARY : Oversees various business systems within the Entrance Operations Department. Analyzes data and trends, develops and provides performance and system metric reporting. Creates and initiates new reporting systems as the businesses changes. Maintains, and streamlines the SharePoint site for all of Entrance Operations. Responsible for the equipment inventory of all sales tablets for the Pass Sales department within Entrance Operations.


  • Maintains department statistics such as sales revenue, park attendance, guest comments, GSAT measurements, and key performance indicators for all of Entrance Operations. Maintains the confidentiality of UO operating information and ensuring the accurate, timely delivery of this information to appropriate company personnel. Prepares and ensures consistent weekly and monthly reports based on Management’s needs.

  • Manages the Entrance Operations SharePoint Site including all of the pages and links within.

  • Analyzes business trends and operating procedures. Designs and implements IT strategies to streamline all areas of operation throughout Entrance Operations.

  • Responsible for maintaining the inventory of systems such as computers, cellphones, and tablets. Acts as the liaison for all facility issues for office equipment and personnel moves which involves partnership with Facilities, Telecom and the Information Technology team.

  • Performs weekly audits of the Pass Sales and/or Guest Services areas to ensure every transaction is processed correctly. Partners with Investigations to identify and address any fraudulent activity.

  • Acts as a liaison with Business Development and the Compensation Department to ensure all sales and service metrics and commissions are reported accurately.

SCOPE: Management of standard policies and procedures and facilitates work through direct supervision or project management. Divisional key performance indicators (Annual Operating Plan, GSAT, TSAT)

EDUCATION: High school degree or GED required. Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years: Operational experience is necessary to comprehend current operation of Universal Express required. 1-3 Years: Prior management experience, sales, IS networking experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Proficiency in SQL, Tableau and Excel is preferred.
