Assistant Manager, Central Vault: If you have what it takes to assist our leaders in the day-to-day operation of the Central Cashier Facility, then apply today! You’ll oversee the collection, processing, and reconciliation of cash in our 365-day, two shifts per day operation. You’ll also monitor and enforce internal controls and maximize labor hours within the budget constraints of multiple client groups. You should have at least 1-3 years Supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential duties may include:

  • Supervise, coach, and direct responsibilities of team including interviewing and time/attendance management.

  • Cross-train employees to provide sufficient coverage.

  • Interact with and prepares written correspondence with management in multiple divisions including IT, A/R, A/P, Rev. Acctg., Fin. Reporting, LP and all revenue generating divisions to resolve issues.

  • Prepare and present performance reviews and employee recognition and counseling, when appropriate.

  • Maximize budgeted labors hours according to park hours and attendance levels.

  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

Performs other duties as assigned.


Position requires:

  • Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time

  • Lifting up to 40 pounds with control

  • High School or GED required

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
