JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for analyzing new sales prospects and former clients for the purpose of selling guest rooms, group facilities and catering services in accordance with the ‘Universal Orlando’ and ‘Loews Hotels’ business objectives for profitability, sales volume and penetration of targeted market segments.

Essential Duties Include:

  • Evaluates leads to determine profitability, fit and positioning into the onsite Hotels; inputs booking information in the Delphi System

  • Responses to all electronic leads on behalf of sales managers.

  • Prepares and customizes sales reports, maintains documentation of all leads, quotes, electronic proposals and correspondence and related to prospective sale(s), sales accounts and sales managers.

  • Maintains current familiarity with all components of the ‘Universal Orlando’ facilities, competitive strength/weakness and resource and catering capabilities, including pricing guidelines and menu options, to ensure that sales prospects receive accurate and timely information upon which to base a sound decision.

  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policy, procedures, training and Team Member involvement activities.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Business or Hospitality Sales required.


  • 5-7 Years sales experience in the hospitality industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
