JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for submitting and tracking various marketing and sales projects to respective Licensors ensuring proper positioning and with detailed and consistent follow-up and tracking. Manage and coordinate the flow of approvals between the marketing and sales teams and Licensors while consistently communicating up through management. Maintain detailed project files and support Licensed Partners Representatives with execution of department objectives and additional support on an as-needed basis.


  • Develop and send detailed submissions for print, radio, TV, signage and online projects featuring Intellectual Properties to Licensors for approvals.

  • Maintain and prioritize incoming submissions. File/organize all approvals and documents for Licensed Partners.

  • Manage the licensor audit process. Maintain approval documentation and samples for Internal Auditing. Supply final samples to Licensors in a timely manner.

  • Arranges for tickets, VIP tours and presentations to visiting VIPs and Licensed Partners at direction of supervisor.

SCOPE: 1-3 Years Marketing/Advertising experience preferred; Strong written and oral communication skills; Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with strong planning, project management, and organizational skills; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Marketing/Advertising.

EXPERIENCE: 1-3 Years Marketing/Advertising experience preferred.
